Evelyn A. Yaeger
Ms. Yaeger is a trial attorney who represents both Plaintiffs and Defendants in all aspects of civil litigation, including intellectual property, trade secrets and complex commercial cases. She works with Fortune 100 companies and represents large manufacturers and distributors to successfully resolve litigation involving design, manufacturing and marketing claims. She also handles business and contract disputes as well as warranty and fraud claims under the Deceptive Trade Practices Act.
Ms. Yaeger practices in both State and Federal Courts, and is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Courts in the Northern, Eastern and Western Districts of Texas. Additionally, Ms. Yaeger has appellate experience and handles appeals in the regional appellate courts including the Fifth Circuit.

Representative Matters
Techsys Chassis, Inc. v. Sullair Corporation (U.S. District Court, Sherman, Texas 2009). Assisted in successful resolution of multi-million dollar trade secret claim involving design of chassis for industrial air compressor.
Greg Berglund v. Sundyne Corporation, Brice Equipment Company and Gerald Moodt;(District Court, El Paso County, Texas 2006) assisted in successful resolution of catastrophic injury case involving explosion of an oil-refinery pump.
Parkchester Holdings, Inc. Concorde (U.S.A.) Development & Investments, Inc. d/b/a Concorde Realty Development v. Carrier Corporation, et.al., (5th District Court of Appeals, Dallas, Texas 2005). Successfully defended appeal of summary judgment of claims under Texas Deceptive Trade Practices Act.
Michael C. Harrison and Larry Harrison, both Individually, and as Representatives of the Estate of Mary Harrison, Deceased v. Larry’s Heating & Air, Inc., and Carrier Corporation v. Honeywell International, Inc. (District Court, Dallas County, 2005). Obtained summary judgment in wrongful death case involving a residential furnace.
Timothy Mitchell v. D.M. Codgell Memorial Hospital, Scurry County, Otis Elevator Company, ESCO Elevators, Inc., ESCO Elevator Corporation and ESCO Elevator Service, Inc., (District Court, Scurry County, Texas 2005). Obtained summary judgment in negligent maintenance case for company with contractual maintenance obligations at the time of Plaintiff’s alleged injury.
